For the past 2 months I've been working on a new project unlike anything I've ever attempted. Rather than share my historical romantasy novel in the traditional format as a book that could be purchased in stores or online, I decided to create a modern storytelling experience.
It will be much more than a YouTube short story that generally lasts for anywhere from 30 minutes to a couple of hours or an audio book. The stories will span two worlds much like the Outlander series by Diana Gabaldan.
The first adventure I'll present is a story called “THE TRIQUETRA LEGACY”. In the tradition of the Victorian era’s “Penny Dreadful” novels, each episode will represent a chapter from the original book. The entire content of this storytelling experience has been written, narrated and illustrated by me, Liana Brittain.
It is a full-length novel that will be presented in a number of episodes. I have personally used my artistic abilities to create every image and video clip using AI. As a septuagenarian, I have been fascinated by the dynamic creative potential of this artistic medium in helping me bring this book to life. My son is the editor and technical director.
